There are big difference from Good and cheap General trip and Business trip.
Good example of cheap general trip can be seen here in this blog. It is pretty short, but main thing is pointed – if you don’t have business trip, better don’t use
Travel agencies. With Business trip it is absolute opposite. Cheaper and safer way is to choose Travel Agencies, but it doesn’t mean you can’t do it without them, and that is this post about.

Second thing – as a business man, you won’t go to exhibitions of to conferences without equip, so you must check out does you are allowed to take them with you on Airline you selected. In same time you must find reviews, does this Airline doesn’t have any baggage lost, and how often. that means, you must think about insurance too.

Next thing – Never put your laptop in your hold luggage, even if you’re not using it in plain. In average in every tree flights there people has there hold luggage damaged.
